Fresh Start works in partnership with a number of local businesses, who support our work through donations, volunteering sessions, skills sharing and fundraising. Find out how you can get involved below:

Volunteering 

Spending time volunteering with our services allows your team to see the impact of their work in real time, as well as helping them to understand the work we do on a day-to-day basis. 

We have a number of different volunteering opportunities for our corporate partners to engage with, from days in the warehouse making up essential Starter Packs, to painting someone’s new home with our Fresh Rooms team, to getting involved in our Growing Spaces.

Donations of Goods 

We are always in need of items for our essential Starter Packs - please see a full list of accepted and non-accepted items here.

You can run a Starter Pack drive from the office - download our Starter Pack poster here to display around the office with what items staff can donate.  

Funds    

You can raise vital funds for Fresh Start through events like office bake sales and casual Fridays, or go big and take on a team event, such as the Kilt Walk or Edinburgh Marathon, all in aid of Fresh Start. Check out some ideas of how you can raise vital funds here.
