Fresh Start tests and re-uses small electrical appliances e.g. kettles, toasters, lamps, irons etc.  Items that are useful for everyday living.  All items donated are tested to ensure they are fully operational, safe for use and comply with current regulations.

Last year Fresh Start launched an electrical Starter Pack: just under 1000 packs that each contained three appliances were produced. 

Additionally the re-use service diverts waste electrical goods from landfill and creates opportunities for trainees on the training initiative.
